We’re pleased to announce that our 13th Win on Waste session will be launching in Ashley Road, Parkstone on Saturday 11 August from 10.30-12 at the Co-op.

23.5 carrier bags of waste were donated at Broadstone Win on Waste on 4 August at Broadstone Library from 78 households. The items, which included 9 carrier bags of Tassimo coffee discs, will help 11 good causes.
Donations were received from 69 people at Wimborne Win on Waste on Saturday 4 August at Wimborne Library. The largest amount of items were 4 carrier bags of milk bottle tops which will help the Priest House Museum with their fundraising. In total 14 good causes will benefit from receiving the items.
You have a choice of three sessions to attend on Saturday 4 August:
Broadstone – 10-11am Broadstone Library
Hamworthy 11am -12 noon Hamworthy Library
Wimborne 10.30am -12 noon Wimborne Library
So if you are free why not drop in with items from your waste and help good causes with it?
We received donations from 79 people at Canford Heath Win on Waste on Saturday 14 July at the Coffee House Cafe and 11 good causes will benefit. Donations included 17 carrier bags of newspapers/magazines/junk mail, 12 bags of milk bottle tops and 10.25 bags of Tassimo and other coffee related items.
Donations from 99 people were received at Creekmoor Win on Waste on Saturday 14 July at Creekmoor Library. These included 21 carrier bags of newspapers/magazines/junk mail which will be benefitting the fundraising of Dorset Community Foundation.
Seven good causes were helped with items donated at Corfe Mullen Win on Waste on Saturday 14 July at Corfe Mullen Library. This included three large carrier bags of milk bottle tops which will help with the fundraising for Gift of Sight.
We received donations from 55 people at Oakdale Win on Waste on 21 July held at Oakdale Library. The donations, which included 5 boxes of dried up ballpoint pens, are going to be helping 10 good causes. The pens will help to raise money for research into brain tumours.
Another successful Saturday for Broadstone Win on Waste at Broadstone Library on 7 July. Items were received from 150 households which will now help 12 good causes – a total of 68.25 carrier bags of waste!
Donations from 68 households were received at Wimborne Win on Waste at Wimborne Library on Saturday 7 July. A total of 15 good causes will receive the items which included 16 carrier bags of plastic – top of the list 7 bags of milk bottle tops.
