Latest biscuit wrapper drop off point

McVitie's wrappers for ORCA

We’re delighted that Oakdale Residents Community Association (ORCA) have kindly agreed to be our fourth drop off point for our biscuit wrapper collection.  The ORCA café is based at the Skills and Learning building in Oakdale opposite Oakdale Library and is open term time only from 10am to 1pm.  Sweet biscuit wrappers can be any make or variety.  Look out for the box with the Dunk and Donate poster on it.

Creekmoor Win on Waste Group meeting 16 May

Creekmoor residents who enjoy recycling will have the opportunity to meet at Creekmoor library on Saturday 16 May from 10.30-11.30am to discuss saving items from their recycling or rubbish bins and donating them to the local charities who have requested them.  It’s hoped that from this meeting a group will be formed to continue the good work which was started during the Win on Waste project.
