As ever, please do take care in taking your items to collection points and be mindful of the Covid restrictions that are currently in place in our area.

If you need any further advice on items you have collected, please do get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help.

If you represent a charity or organisation that is collecting any of the listed items, or anything that you would like to add to the next edition of We Need That!, you can find out more here…

Win on Waste Update

Huge thanks to all those donors who have continued to contact us about their collected waste, and to ask when our sessions might be able to get up and running again.

At the moment, we don’t expect to be able to start Win on Waste sessions up again until the new year, but we are working hard in the background to look at the best items to collect and the range of charities we wish to support moving forward.

Our most important bit of news is that from January Ideas2Action will be known as Win on Waste.

As Win on Waste proved to be our most enduring project, we have changed our name and focus towards promoting reuse and recycling, but will still have a firm emphasis on building community and benefitting local people and charities.

Alongside this change, we have already started the switch over to becoming Win on Waste on our social media, so if you already follow Ideas2Action we’d be grateful if you could use the links below to begin following our new accounts.

We are also really excited to launch a new website in January to reflect these changes.

As with all of our activities, none of this could happen without the support of our fantastic Ambassadors and volunteers, so we offer thanks to them for their continuing support.
